Nerve Damage Games

My name is Jonas, and I'm the community and marketing manager at Nerve Damage Games. I'm the one posting devlogs, tweets and facebook posts.

Here is a little about the some what short history of our company:

At Nerve Damage Games we are right now focusing primarily on work-for-hire jobs, seeking to make it possible to finance our own games. We want to make games, that takes the player into their favorite couch or armchair in the living room, playing the game on the big flat screen TV with their friends. This way players can be as social as ever while giving their friends a virtual beating.

Nerve Damage Games I/S was officially formed as part of an entrepreneurial internship at Dania Games in Grenaa, where we all studied to get an AP degree in computer science. In the six month period where we had the internship and our final exam, we learned a lot about project management, estimating tasks, reevaluating project scope and much more.

When we graduated back in January 2017 we made a entrepreneurial company called Nerve Damage Games IVS, and closed the old company, Nerve Damage Games I/S. By that time, we also became an official part of the GameHub Denmark Incubator. As a part of GameHub Denmark, we get ongoing counsel on different matters, possibility to get feedback for our games by other companies in the Incubator, and go to different game conferences, e.g. Sweden Game Conference and Game Connection.
